During his address, the Prime Minister explained that the campaign extends beyond personal health to protect families, communities, and the country. He noted that what started in Kashi has grown into a national movement backed by more than 125 spiritual organizations alongside various NGOs. After congratulating young participants for accepting the anti-drug pledge, he revealed that Sunday awareness activities would continue for the full 100-week period.
Kataria personally administered the Nasha Mukti Pledge to attendees. He stressed that each young individual who avoids drugs and encourages others to follow suit contributes meaningfully to building the nation.
The event drew enthusiastic crowds comprising young people, students, elderly citizens, Resident Welfare Association members, Market Welfare Association representatives, and local community leaders.
