“The sarpanch of my village has assured that the gram panchayat will resolve all these issues within a week,” he stated. “Change is possible when we come together and act.”
Expanding the Movement Across Maharashtra
The ‘School Thik Karo’ initiative was formally introduced on August 10 with the objective of evaluating rural government schools throughout the state. Dipke has encouraged families to visit educational centers in their communities, evaluate essential infrastructure components, and capture video evidence documenting any shortcomings. Participants are requested to forward these recordings along with written descriptions of problems to the CJP for further investigation and advocacy.
Beyond education, the activist has also called for limitations on tuition charges imposed by private institutions. Additionally, he revealed plans to initiate a parallel campaign targeting inadequate conditions in public healthcare facilities across Maharashtra.
