The charges include Section 62 for attempting to commit an offence, Sections 329(3) and 331(3) for criminal and lurking house trespass respectively, Section 305 for theft, and Section 324(3) for mischief causing damage.
Law enforcement officials confirmed that additional legal proceedings are underway concerning other suspected encroachments on the historic police land in the region.
