The lease was formalized on June 10, 2026, with a stamp duty of ₹1.84 lakh and registration fees of Rs. 1,000. The rental terms indicate a 7% annual increase, beginning at ₹18.50 lakh for the first year and escalating to ₹19.79 lakh in the second, before reaching ₹21.18 lakh in the final year.
